PROJECT MANAGER (SECTION HEAD) for DGB

Responsibilities

  • To manage and provide leadership to the project management team in delivering high level of service to our customers.
  • Plan and coordinate projects in areas of scheduling, personnel and resource management, to ensure that projects are implemented to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor projects to assess progress of projects and achievement of project milestones, as well as maximize efforts to complete project by given deadline.
  • Work with other departments to prepare for tender submission in areas of project management and company quality policies.
  • To monitor and control the quality assurance of technical activities, including adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Sc, or IT.
  • Minimum 4 years direct working experience as Project Manager/Engineer; previous experience in managing IT/Telecommunication/Networking projects will be an added advantage.
  • PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is required.
  • Solid working knowledge of current Information technologies will be an added advantage. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication, excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Team leader with strong interpersonal skills who can ensure timely completion and delivery of projects. Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • A self-starter and able to interact with all levels of people. Able to build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Possess own transport. Traveling is needed for the purpose of meeting with clients or off-site personnel/management.
SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (NETWORKING) for DGB

Responsibilities

  • Part of the Consulting Services organization to assist in architecting, validating, and implementing network solutions from various networking vendor’s solution.
  • To provide pre-sales support to assist Sales Team technically to secure projects and to promote our products to the customers.
  • To work with clients to solve their mission critical network and business problems to include the development of network plans, architecture, and strategies in order to help design and implement total network solutions within the context of their businesses environment.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Sc, or IT.
  • Minimum 4 years direct working experience as Network Engineer/Consultant in a reseller, consulting firm, or large corporate IT environment; working experience in Cisco/Juniper/Avaya networking hardware will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum CCNP or JNCIP and willing to take exam.
  • Broad foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions. Experience in designing/implementing large networking solutions independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be resourceful, learn quickly, work independently, be self motivated and proactive in their approach to problem solving and customer service.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication, excellent presentation, organizing and planning skills.
  • Ability to maintain an extreme sense of urgency in all interactions with customers, and able to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER for DGB

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage corporate clients and business partners in the telecommunications, government, oil & gas, financial, manufacturing, utilities and other emerging sectors.
  • Responsible to market the IT, telecommunication and networking products and services of the company.
  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth, implement account strategy and develop key account plans at assigned Key Accounts.
  • Leverage on relationship management skills to ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and work teams.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Engineering or IT discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a Sales / Account Manager Position. Experience in telecommunication and/or networking solution sales with proven good sales track record will be an added advantage.
  • Capable in high-level presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of current Information Technologies will be an added advantage. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in providing strategic account management to large and complex accounts. Proven track record of successfully selling additional products or service lines to current customers will be an added advantage.

DELIVERY MANAGER for ISS

 Responsibilities

 To maintain consultant relationships and delivering projects on time within the budgets

 Ensure successful completion of project deliveries.

  • Ensure quality of delivery of projects in line with budgets set.
  • Assist in preparation of  proposals and support the Business Development team in winning projects.
  • Analyze Client business needs and clearly communicate agreed upon scope of work between Project Managers/Consultants and Clients appropriately.

 Requirements

 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology.

  • 5-7 years working experience in SAP project implementation/management.
  • Possess good communication, excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS for ISS

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting all ISS Consulting’s products and services.
  • Prime responsibility in generating leads, establishing proposals and developing high quality presentations and value propositions for clients.
  • Liaise as required with ISS Consulting’s management to ensure the cost competitiveness of all proposals/submissions entered.
  • Analyze Client business needs and clearly communicate agreed upon scope of work between Project Managers/Consultants and Clients appropriately.
  • Maintain regular positive relationships with existing customers across ISS Consulting Malaysia.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of ISS Consulting Malaysia’s business development activities generally as requested.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in SAP or any ERP Software Sales.

SAP CONSULTANTS for ISS

Responsibilities

  • Provide Functional and Technical expertise to our customers during SAP implementations.
  • Implement and manage various module efficiently and multitask a few projects concurrently.
  • Must posses sound modular and integration knowledge to lead discussions with the clients.
  • Manage the team to resolve integration issues or other issues which may rise whilst on site with minimal supervision.
  • Manage and monitor deliverables and timelines provided by the Project Manager
  • Provide sound advice to the client on recommended business processes, standards and practices of related applications

INSIDE TELESALES / MARKETING REP.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the service relationship with the new customer base. He / She will be responsible for making tele-calls & generating qualified leads. Candidates must be able to generate new opportunities, identify potential territory and market segment to expand the growth of existing client or new clients. Articulation of company profile and product expertise training will be given to grow internal knowledge.

Requirements

  • Mature, professional telephone demeanor.
  • Solicit new business through daily cold calls, referral sales and other innovative sales initiatives.
  • Lead Generating - Meeting monthly individual targets/ Weekly production of Leads reports.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

  • To develop and ensure sales processes are in place and ensure the procedures are followed by the sales team at all times.
  • To act as the Quality Assurance Executive who controls and Monitors all incoming and outgoing sales documents. He / She will ensure all documents are complete before submission of proposals.
  • To coordinate and assist other Business Development personnel in their daily operation and administrative work to smoothen processes.
  • To be involved in proposal preparation ie; ensure all documents are included, ensure proper vetting is conducted by the respective parties prior to approval/sign off.
  • To coordinate any upcoming Sales/Business Development project.
  • To participate in all sales meeting, prepare minutes with action list items and to follow up with relevant sales people to make sure they get things done.
  • Coordinating with Sales personnel to ensure sales report is completed and submitted on time.
  • To coordinate with inside sales (telemarketers) on any sales activities, ensure processes are in place and a proper follow up is done.
  • Assist in information gathering and making arrangements between pre-sales team, consultant and sales team before and after sales presentations.
  • To maintain customer database and ensure records are well kept and updated (potential and existing customers).
  • To work closely with marketing manager as and when required (eg assisting in trade shows, material preparation etc.)
  • To work closely with Business process re-engineering team to ensure all process is in place.
